Emet retains ownership of its independently developed templates, components, utilities, frameworks, and design systems. Where these are included in your project, appropriate usage rights are established contractually.

No system can promise that data will never be lost. We aim to design each system with appropriate safeguards that reduce the risk of loss and allow recovery if an incident occurs. Specific measures — such as backup schedules and redundancy — are configured according to each client’s requirements and agreed in writing.
